| As a shinobi you will face many dilemmas through out your early careers with proper chakra control, but as you rank up you'll gain experience with it to pull off jutsu with the precise amount of spiritual energy that is required. By ranking up, chakra pools grow bigger, and eventually become extremely vast. Below is a list of every shinobi rank. Along with the rank comes the association of what type of jutsu are difficult, and easy for you to pull off. ACADEMY STUDENTS E-rank jutsu cost: 5 Chakra D-rank jutsu cost: Cannot perform C-rank jutsu cost: Cannot perform B-rank jutsu cost: Cannot perform A-rank jutsu cost: Cannot perform S-rank jutsu cost: Cannot perform GENIN E-rank jutsu cost: 5 Chakra D-rank jutsu cost: 15 Chakra C-rank jutsu cost: 60 Chakra B-rank jutsu cost: 70 Chakra A-rank jutsu cost: 80 Chakra S-rank jutsu cost: Cannot perform

| #3Subject: DAMAGE Mon Feb 29, 2016 5:20 pm | |
| Every jutsu will deal its own set of damage, whether it be custom or cannon. Before I display the damage list for jutsu, I will discuss custom jutsu a bit. Taijutsu, genjutsu, and ninjutsu are a vital cores that depend if you will live or die on missions, or even in friendly matches. When you create a custom technique, the skill has to be equal to or lower than your current rank. A custom technique should NEVER be higher than your default character rank.
- Academy Student - E rank
- Genin - D rank
- Chunin - C rank
- Special Jonin - A & B rank
- Jonin - Kage - A & S rank
These ranks, and starting jutsu levels ONLY apply to CUSTOM CREATIONS. If you wish to buy a cannon technique from the RPG shop, or learn a technique from another player. You can only start at the current level of THAT technique, so if you're buying, or being taught a C rank skill, it'll remain as a C rank skill until you upgrade it yourself. So yes, this means you can upgrade the damage of cannon techniques.
- E-rank = 1 DMG
- D-rank = 2 DMG
- C-rank = 5 DMG
- B-rank = 6 DMG
- A-rank = 8 DMG
- S-rank = 10 DMG
Ranged jutsu (Mid-long range, and explosions.) will have a set system on speed, and distance. The higher the rank, the further and faster your ranged skills become.
- E-rank / Speed - 5 m/s / Distance 10 meters
- D-rank / Speed - 10 m/s / Distance 20 meters
- C-rank / Speed - 20 m/s / Distance 30 meters
- B-rank / Speed - 60 m/s / Distance 80 meters
- A-rank / Speed - 100 m/s / Distance 160 meters
- S-rank/ Speed - 170 m/s / Distance 190 meters
Upgrading Skills Looking below, it is obvious that it will cost experience points to rank skills (Even buying them with ryo) If you're seeking to upgrade the skill, you'll first need the correct amount of EXP, and then the proper word count. Be sure to create a training topic within your village or where ever you are at time. After you've done that, be sure to update it in your shinobi data.
- E-rank skills cost 5XP+100 words
- D-rank skills cost 50XP+200 words
- C-rank skills cost 100XP+300 words
- B-rank skills cost 200XP+400 words
- A-rank skills cost 300XP+600 words
- S-rank skills cost 400XP+700 words
Setting everything in motionNow I will show everyone how everything will play its self out while in combat when you use a jutsu. Everyone will have to follow this format, this also means when you use a skill, you have to place it inside a spoiler so your opponent can know what your using, and how deadly it is. - Spoiler:
Jutsu Name - Chidori Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: A Class: Offense Range: Close
Character Rank: Chunin Chakra Cost: 70 Stamina Cost: 0 Cool Down: 3 Posts Jutsu Description: The user first gathers lightning to their hand; the high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. The lightning chakra has been shown on occasions to damage the user's hand, peeling the skin and causing it to smoulder slightly, but this does not appear to actually be debilitating. Once the chakra is gathered, users charge at their target and thrust the Chidori into them, piercing them and typically causing fatal damage. Despite the sound it makes, the rapid speed at which it's used makes it useful for assassinations
- DETAILS:
Jutsu Name - The name of your skill. Classification: What category does it fall in? Nin, tai, or genjutsu? Rank: What rank is the skill? Class: Offense, defense, both? Range: Close, mid, long, very long (can defined with numbers as well)
Character Rank: Character level will let us know how much chakra you need to used based on your rank. Chidori is normally a jonin level rank which would take 67-55 chakra points. Chakra Cost: Chakra cost only applies to ninjutsu, and genjutsu. (specific chakra modes, like bijuu mode, sage mode, and six path sage mode) Stamina Cost: Stamina only applies to taijutsu moves, custom or cannon. (This system also applies to 8 gates) Cool Down: 4 posts Jutsu Description: Give us a good description of how your jutsu works.
When you're role-playing it is important to keep note of your stats, Stamina, and Chakra. This is your gauge, it should be posted at all times under your posts when you are in battle. So if your chakra pool is 50/50 and you use a jutsu that costs 5 chakra points, you will have 45 chakra points left, so your gauge will end up looking like 45/50 now. This let's mods and most importantly your opponent know what you are working with. The same system works for health (health translate to your endurance).

| #4Subject: PRACTICING Mon Feb 29, 2016 5:44 pm | |
| Just because you are qualified for a technique meaning you either bought, created, or learned it, it doesn't mean you can use it off rip. A role-player has to practice the skill before it can even be used in combat, some skills will have to be taught by a teacher, jonin or just a person qualified to teach the skill. These people would be Chunin - Kage level, by going to the RPG shop you will notice what skills have to be taught and what doesn't ( If there isn't a jonin, or a random person you come across that doesn't have the specific technique you want, you should try finding the NPC for the technique, the NPC would be the creator of the jutsu, or simply a person that knows it). Skills made by other players have to be taught to the other player wishing to learn them, they can also be purchased from that player. Now, when you're in the process of practicing your epic, and new jutsu, players will follow word counts based on the rank of the skill.
- E-rank=100 words+ 200 Ryo (Training your skills earns you cash)
- D-rank=200 words+ 300 Ryo
- C-rank=300 words+ 400 Ryo
- B-rank=400 words+ 500 Ryo
- A-rank=500 words+ 600 Ryo
- S-rank=600 words+ 700 Ryo
- UPDATE NOTICE:
To make training more of a pleasant experience and stale one full of pointless words. I encourage you all to revolve training sessions around a story, it should have some kind of plot. Sometimes this can be boring alone for some, so here's what I offer to motivate you. For people who train with friends, they will earn the double the amount of Ryo they were originally suppose to get. Players will also earn an 10 EXP points for doing this, if there's an actual story and not just 'jumping to conclusion battle', you will earn 15 EXP.
After you decide what technique you want to learn, you need to make a training thread/topic within your village, or current location. The words do not have to be in a single post either, as long as you meet the exact word requirement that is fine. After doing so, you need to post the link in the mission board to receive your rewards for training the skill. After the skill is posted in the Mission HQ thread, mods will review and approve of your training topic, once this is approved you will receive your amount of ryo, and then you need to place the skill in your ninjutsu, taijutsu, or genjutsu skill list. ( If you post over your word count, you will receive extra ryo for your hard work. 800 will get you 900 ryo, 900 will get you 1,000 ryo, 1,000 will get you 2,000 ryo. That is the highest you can go.)

| Finally you've reached the end of the technque guide, this section will discuss the system of actually teaching skills, and allowing other players to buy your skills. The ONLY skills another player can buy from you is a custom technique that you have made. The price ranges you decide will depend on how unique you think your jutsu is. The good news is you can teach anyone of lower rank than you are (genin having a small exception to teach academy students e-rank jutsu ONLY). Teaching another player, whether they are lower, equal or greater in rank to you will give you experience points! This will also give you ryo. Below is a simple, and quick guide to follow.
- Teaching a rank lower than you = 3 EXP 5,000 ryo
- Teaching a ranker equal to you = 4 EXP 10,000 ryo
- Teaching a ranker greater than you = 5 EXP 15,000 ryo
